Duties:

• Handle a diverse range of legal matters, including litigation and transactional cases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including discovery and motion practice.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 0-2 years of experience as an attorney.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
