Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 2-6 years of law firm experience to join our litigation practice in our Stamford office. Must have experience in sophisticated business litigation matters and significant experience with legal research, drafting dispositive motions and other legal memoranda, and knowledge of federal and state court practice. Should be admitted in New York, and have New York litigation experience. Strong case management skills and the ability to work independently on matters is required, and trial experience and/or experience taking or defending depositions is preferred. Federal clerkship experience is a plus. Top academic credentials and excellent writing and interpersonal skills are required.
