Duties:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters

• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

• Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and appeals

• Provide strategic legal counsel to corporate clients

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and cross-border teams on high-profile cases

• Participate in firm-sponsored business development training and mentorship programs

• Maintain high professional standards and manage a 1920-hour annual requirement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation

• Proven capability in managing litigation independently or with minimal supervision

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment

• Admission in good standing to the Delaware Bar (additional state admissions are a plus)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Delaware

Skills:
