Duties

• Support insurance defense litigation from initial case assessment through resolution

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations under supervision

• Maintain accurate client communications and case records

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented setting

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and case outcomes

• Willingness to meet performance and billable expectations

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
