Job Overview:

A well-established litigation practice based in Jacksonville, FL, seeks two driven and detail-oriented individuals to support a dynamic legal team. This role involves intensive legal research, drafting, and hands-on assistance throughout the litigation process, particularly in criminal defense and personal injury matters. Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents

• Support attorneys in pre-trial and trial preparation

• Review, organize, and analyze discovery materials

• Collaborate on legal strategies and contribute to case development

• Attend court proceedings as needed for support and observation

• Assist in maintaining case files and litigation calendars

Requirements:

• Must be a recent law graduate or currently licensed to practice law

• Demonstrated commitment to the legal profession

• Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary

• High personal integrity and strong work ethic

• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-paced litigation setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership preferred or eligibility to sit for the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Experience in moot court or law review is highly desirable
