Location:

Duties:

• Handle estate planning, probate, and trust administration from intake through final resolution

• Draft and review wills, trusts, advance directives, and related estate documents

• Represent clients in probate proceedings and coordinate court filings and deadlines

• Provide clear, compassionate communication with clients, particularly with seniors and grieving families

• Maintain accurate records and documentation within case management software

• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to a collaborative firm culture

• Provide legal guidance tailored to each client’s personal and financial goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law

• Ability to independently manage a full caseload

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients

• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new legal software

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in estate planning and probate legal procedures

• Strong drafting and document review skills

• Empathetic and clear verbal and written communication

• Familiarity with legal software (Clio, Lawmatics, or similar platforms preferred)

• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
