Duties

• Provide legal support and guidance to clients involved in personal injury cases.
• Advise clients on the best course of action and explain potential legal outcomes.
• Meet with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs.
• Develop effective legal strategies to resolve cases in a favorable manner.
• Prepare and review legal documents, such as pleadings, depositions, and contracts, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Represent clients in civil legal proceedings, including trial, mediation, and discovery.
• Stay informed about current legislation and any changes in relevant legal procedures.
• Assist with trial preparation and client representation in court.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on auto accidents and premises liability cases.
• Experience preparing for and answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.
• Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, and legal processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and client service.
• Ability to strategize and represent clients in civil legal matters effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee (Barred in Tennessee).

• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
