A law firm seeks an experienced lateral attorney to join its Tax Credit Finance practice in Irvine, CA. Duties

Requirements

• Admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in tax, partnerships, corporations, real estate, or secured lending.
• Preference for candidates with a portable book of business.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in the locality of the office location.
