Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft agreements, handbooks, and litigation documents.
• Assist with litigation and employment compliance matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues on case strategy.
• Participate in internal training and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and legal filings.
• Provide legal counsel on compliance matters to clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm setting or judicial clerkship.
• Strong academic background with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to think critically and on your feet.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Minnesota.
