Duties:

• Draft and revise legal pleadings, motions, and various litigation documents

• Manage discovery processes, including interrogatories, document production, and expert disclosures

• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts

• Represent clients at hearings, court conferences, and motion arguments

• Engage in strategic case planning with internal legal teams

• Contribute to trial and arbitration preparations; prior experience a plus

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey

• 2-6 years of substantive litigation experience in a law firm or equivalent setting

• Proficient in managing high-volume caseloads with attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a U.S.-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (mandatory)
