The candidate will advise on corporate legal matters. Support Company’s SEC filing process, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statement and lead annual stockholder meeting process. Support M&A transactions and integration matters. Provide support on board governance and company compliance matters, including policy development. Oversee the company’s international subsidiary compliance process. Advise on investor relations, disclosure and communications matters, including quarterly earnings announcements. Support commercial transactions as needed. Help to develop, implement, and continually improve the company and team processes and procedures. Undertake other projects as needed as part of a small but mighty legal team.
