Location:

• Salt Lake City, UT

Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of intellectual property litigation in federal courts

• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and memoranda

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

• Manage discovery processes, including depositions and expert witness coordination

• Participate in trial preparation and court proceedings

• Collaborate with attorneys across different offices on litigation strategy and case management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience

• Experience with Federal Circuit litigation is advantageous

• Proven ability to handle complex and technical subject matter

• Demonstrated initiative and collaborative work ethic

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Strong academic performance required

• Submission of law school and undergraduate (or graduate, if applicable) transcripts is required

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice

Skills:

• Exceptional legal research and writing capabilities

• Effective oral communication and advocacy skills

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
