Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for injured clients and have experience handling a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence-based claims. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with clients while managing cases from intake through resolution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial 

• Handle case evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and litigation 

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements 

• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials 

• Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain detailed case documentation 

• Work collaboratively with legal assistants and support staff to achieve optimal case outcomes 

Qualifications: 

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school 

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar 

• Experience in personal injury law is required 

• Strong negotiation and litigation skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused 

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
