Duties

• Represent clients during all stages of litigation.
• Write briefs and take depositions.
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients at hearings and trials.
• Serve as second chair at hearings and trials; Senior Associates may serve as first chair.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in employment law.
• Experience representing employees in discrimination cases.
• Maryland bar membership or eligibility within six months.
• At least one year of experience practicing employment law.
• Experience representing federal sector employees preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in Maryland or eligibility to obtain.
