• Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with administrative requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience practicing immigration law with a strong understanding of regulations and procedures.
• Expertise in handling diverse cases such as family-based petitions, asylum claims, and deportation defense.
• Strong writing skills for preparing detailed legal drafts and reports.
• Prior legal administrative experience managing case files and client communications efficiently.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
• Spanish (or other foreign language) speaking is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
