Job Overview:
A reputable law firm in Scottsdale is currently seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney with at least three years of Arizona-specific family law experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a team that specializes in high-asset divorce cases and provides an environment for growth and professional development under the mentorship of highly respected attorneys.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and other related issues.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Advocate for clients in both mediation and courtroom settings, focusing on settlement negotiations and litigation.
• Work closely with legal assistants and staff to ensure all aspects of family law cases are managed effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, with a strong understanding of Arizona family law statutes and procedures.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Experience in high-asset divorce cases is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Arizona Bar membership is required.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
