Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and pleadings

• Participate in depositions and assist in trial preparation

• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings

• Manage case files and deadlines

• Assist with strategy development and client communication

• Analyze complex trust and estate matters involving family dynamics, fiduciary duty, and asset disputes

Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in trust and estate litigation

• Familiarity with probate court procedures and fiduciary law

• Ability to manage litigation tasks independently and efficiently

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and writing

• Strong oral advocacy and courtroom skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
