Duties

• Advise private and public companies on executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Support mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters.
• Provide client-focused service with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of relevant experience.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Admitted to and a member in good standing of the state bar where the office is located.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State bar admission.
