Duties

• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take witness statements and conduct factual investigations.
• Prepare for and attend mediations.
• Review and analyze medical records and billing.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Oversee and guide case managers.
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California required.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing personal injury cases through litigation.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
• Experience using Filevine, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
