Duties:

• Assess potential new cases and handle client intakes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the pre-litigation process for cases, ensuring timely progression.
• Lead settlement negotiations and oversee recovery disbursements.
• Represent clients in various legal forums, including depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Advocate effectively in all jurisdictions across Virginia.
• Conduct focus groups and settlement conferences.
• Provide mentorship to junior attorneys and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Virginia.
• Proven experience in personal injury law with a strong history of trial success.
• Ability to manage a diverse case load and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in case management.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
