Duties

• Lead and manage residential and commercial real estate files from start to finish.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents with precision.
• Conduct title searches and resolve any title issues.
• Coordinate all aspects of real estate closings.
• Advise clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm protocols.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support team members.
• Optionally assist with drafting estate planning documents.

Requirements

• 3-15 years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Real Estate Law.
• Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts; NH license is a plus.
• Proficiency with WealthCounsel is preferred.
• Experience with CRM/case management software is a plus.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to inspire trust.
• Ideally, bring an existing book of business or strong referral relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
