Duties

• Advocate for federal employees in employment matters involving discrimination and retaliation.
• Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation to resolution.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions before administrative judges.
• Draft legal documents including complaints, appeals, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic advocacy approaches.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and federal agency contacts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and case management documentation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an active law license in good standing from at least one U.S. state.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment or civil rights law.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and legal CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide empathetic client service.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications
