Job Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation and personal injury cases from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Attend court hearings and trials and argue motions before judges.
• Provide legal advice and counsel clients on litigation strategy and legal issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• 1-6 years of experience in civil and personal injury litigation, preferably with trial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
