The position involves working with union-side labor and employment cases.

Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials related to labor and employment matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various labor and employment issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and client needs.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to strategize and develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Experience practicing law, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
