Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage permitting and regulatory compliance processes for environmental and energy projects.
• Provide legal advice on diligence and transactional matters related to environmental and energy sectors.
• Conducted litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and electronic discovery.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to address legal and regulatory issues.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting environmental and energy law.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience representing clients in environmental and energy matters.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the state of New York.

Skills:
