Duties

• Advise U.S. and non-U.S. banks, bank holding companies, and affiliates on prudential regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on regulatory issues under various U.S. banking acts and the Volcker Rule.
• Assist with regulatory notices, applications, and chartering initiatives.
• Advise on investments, mergers, and affiliate transactions.
• Counsel clients on regulatory examinations and enforcement matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience advising on bank regulatory matters.
• Strong understanding of the prudential bank regulatory framework.
• Admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
