Duties

• Provide legal counsel to clients under the guidance of senior partners.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize client files and records.
• Participate in client meetings and court appearances.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Florida; New York license is a plus.
• Proficiency with the Code of Civil Procedure and Evidence Code.
• At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with discovery, oral advocacy, and motion practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Florida; New York admission preferred.
