A law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney for their office in Tallahassee, FL. This role will involve handling patent and trademark issues and collaborating closely with partners and senior associates.

Duties:

• Work closely with partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues.
• Handle Patent and Trademark Litigation cases.
• Conduct dispute resolution related to patents and trademarks.
• Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience in a law firm setting.
• Admitted to the Patent Bar (preferably).
• Strong litigation skills.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas.
• Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming a member.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Patent Bar (preferably).
• Membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines and on a team.
