Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in defense-related civil litigation matters, including construction disputes, Section 1983 claims, and personal injury cases.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all legal processes are handled efficiently.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials, as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine case strategies and develop defense tactics.
• Maintain a high standard of legal research and writing to support case development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Active Colorado State Bar license (must be a current resident of Colorado).
• Proven experience in civil litigation and trial practice.
• Strong legal writing skills with experience drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Excellent judgment and ability to develop and implement case strategies.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Colorado State Bar license (required).
