Location:

• Costa Mesa, California

Duties:

• Independently manage a complex litigation caseload from inception to resolution

• Conduct trial preparation, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions

• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy and case management

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing case updates and strategic counsel

• Engage in legal project management and coordinate case activities across multiple teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in defense litigation

• Experience in defending matters related to personal injury, general liability, catastrophic injury, transportation, and civil litigation preferred

• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively

• Experience in client-facing roles preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• First chair trial experience considered a plus

• Legal project management experience is beneficial

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the state of California

Skills:
