Location:

• Tempe, AZ

Duties:

• Manage a civil litigation caseload, including general counsel matters, from inception to completion

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and provide day-to-day legal guidance

• Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and shareholders

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions as necessary

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, including general counsel representation

• Ability to independently manage caseloads and work effectively under deadlines

• Demonstrated capacity for legal analysis and strategic problem-solving

• Commitment to high-quality client service and professional integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

Skills:
