Duties

• Draft appellate briefs, writs, and other complex motion papers

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of evolving legal precedents

• Present compelling oral arguments before appellate courts

• Collaborate with trial attorneys to develop effective post-trial strategies

• Review and interpret trial court records for appeal purposes

• Engage in client communication and strategic legal advising

• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and mentoring sessions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in appellate litigation, general liability, or New York labor law

• Demonstrated professional stability and strong references from prior legal work

• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active New York Bar membership required
