The attorney will also be responsible for advising clients on probate, estate planning, and trust matters, ensuring the highest level of service and expertise.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice to clients on various matters, focusing on probate, estate planning, and trusts
• Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies and decision-making
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
• Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Represent clients in meetings and legal proceedings when necessary
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive case management
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience in providing legal advice with a focus on probate, estate planning, and trusts
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting legal documents
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
