Duties

• Manage case intake and gather medical records.
• Engage in client interaction and prepare demand packages.
• Draft complaints, motions, and responsive pleadings.
• Conduct interrogatories and depositions.
• Prepare for and assist with trials.

Requirements

• PA and/or NJ bar licenses preferred.
• Interest in civil litigation and reliability.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a small team.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• PA or NJ Supreme Court Bar Certificate (preferred).
