Duties:

• Handle tort litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Assist with discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Prepare for and participate in trials, hearings, and other court proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in tort litigation
• Admission to the California Bar
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with discovery processes and trial preparation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
