Duties

• Manage a high volume of clients and cases.
• Draft waivers, memoranda of law, and motions.
• Conduct USCIS interviews and handle NIV cases.
• Provide exceptional client service and consultations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience at a U.S.-based immigration firm.
• Strong experience with NIV cases and USCIS interviews.
• At least 1 year of removal defense experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior team management experience preferred.

Education

• U.S. JD or LLM required.

Certifications

• Must be a member of a U.S. State bar; NY license preferred.
