Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in employment law matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Participate in hearings and assist with depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and providing clear legal advice.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, with access to mentorship and guidance as needed.
• Manage caseload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, while also being receptive to guidance and feedback.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (NJ Bar admission required).
