Duties

• Manage a pipeline of approximately 100-120 personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial.
• Litigate cases to achieve maximum settlement amounts.
• Conduct depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Prepare legal documents and maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters.
• Negotiate settlements outside of mediation and trial.
• Meet monthly established goals and metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a senior associate attorney.
• Active NY bar license in good standing.
• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven track record of successful settlements through negotiation, mediation, and jury trials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active New York State Bar License.
