Location:

  • Vancouver, Washington

Duties:

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings and negotiations

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, wills, contracts, and agreements

  • Provide expert legal consultations to clients, outlining legal options and outcomes

  • Manage full caseloads from intake through resolution

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal laws and ethical guidelines

  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case preparation and execution

  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout their legal process

  • Protect client interests through clear, high-quality written legal arguments and documentation

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in family law, estate planning, or criminal defense preferred

  • Will consider newly licensed attorneys with demonstrated motivation and legal aptitude

  • Strong case management experience and ability to handle a diverse legal caseload

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to client-centered advocacy

  • High ethical standards and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Washington (required)

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Effective oral advocacy and public speaking abilities

  • Strong interpersonal communication and client-relations skills

  • Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution

  • Time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
