A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Cincinnati, Ohio office. This position is ideal for a mid-level attorney with 3–5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate who is looking to join a collaborative, full-service legal team. The role involves working closely with a dynamic real estate group on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and finance matters.

Location:

• Cincinnati, OH

Duties:

• Handle commercial real estate transactions including:

  • Property acquisitions and dispositions

  • Commercial leasing for office, retail, and industrial properties

  • Real estate finance and secured lending matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents

• Conduct title and survey review and coordinate closings

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage projects and deadlines

• Provide legal analysis and strategic guidance throughout transactions

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in transactional real estate law

• Familiarity with Ohio commercial real estate practices and regulatory considerations

• Ability to handle matters independently with attention to detail and organization

• Strong client service orientation and collaborative mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Strong academic credentials

• Proficiency in contract drafting and transactional negotiations
