Duties

• Conduct client intakes and gather necessary case information
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances and handle motion practice
• Participate in settlement negotiations
• Prepare and organize cases for trial
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Experience handling all aspects of personal injury cases from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work proactively and maintain a results-driven mindset
• Dedication to providing exceptional client service
• Insurance defense attorneys are encouraged to apply

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to practice in NY)
