Duties

• Conduct legal research to support litigation strategy and case development
• Draft complaints, briefs, motions, and other litigation-related documents
• Prepare and file complaints in consumer and data breach class action matters
• Review and analyze discovery materials to identify key evidence
• Participate in case strategy discussions and planning with litigation teams
• Attend hearings and assist in court proceedings
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and assist with expert preparation and depositions
• Monitor legal developments and regulatory changes relevant to ongoing cases
• Manage multiple deadlines and case responsibilities efficiently

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in consumer class action, data privacy, or related litigation
• Minimum of 3 years of overall litigation experience
• Experience handling complex litigation matters preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with mediation, appellate work, or class action litigation preferred

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
