• Draft pleadings and motions as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Foreclosure and Creditor Rights is a plus.
• Organized and independent worker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Licensed in New Jersey is required.
• Strong computer skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• BK Bar certification.

Skills

• Litigation and courtroom experience: minimum 1 year.
• Creditor rights experience: minimum 1 year.
