Location

Duties

• Defend clients in professional liability cases, primarily insurance agents and other professionals facing negligence claims
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including depositions, discovery, mediations, and trial preparation
• Engage in client communication and provide case updates
• Collaborate closely with trial lawyers and senior associates for case strategy and development
• Receive continuous feedback and training to develop skills for managing an independent caseload

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably within professional liability defense
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, client-focused environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (required)
