This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience who are familiar with Delaware court procedures and are eager to grow within a dynamic and sophisticated litigation practice. The role involves a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes, with an emphasis on practice before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other key courts.

Duties

• Handle case filings and draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents

• Participate in depositions, discovery, and court appearances

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Represent clients in proceedings before the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware

• Manage caseload effectively and meet court deadlines

• Support partners and litigation teams in high-stakes commercial and corporate cases

Requirements

• 2–5 years of business litigation experience

• Proficiency with Delaware court rules and procedures (strongly preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously

• Judicial clerkship experience (preferred but not required)

• Excellent academic credentials and prior law firm experience in litigation

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware State Bar (required)
