Manage a caseload focused on CP/Waiver matters including:

I-601A
I-212
I-601
Consular Processing
K-Visa applications
Prepare clients for consular interviews
Represent clients before USCIS in a variety of immigration proceedings
Review and revise immigration applications and packets
Supervise a team of paralegals to ensure timely completion of casework
Monitor team performance to meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality service standards
Conduct legal analysis to assess client eligibility and benefits
Draft and submit legal briefs related to complex immigration cases
1 to 4 years of experience practicing Immigration Law
Demonstrated ability to manage and move cases forward efficiently
Experience specifically with consular processing and waiver applications
Leadership ability to supervise and coordinate a legal support team
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
Familiarity with case management software (preferred)
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in any U.S. state
Good standing with the relevant state bar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and legal problem-solving
Attention to detail in document review and preparation
Legal writing and brief drafting
Client preparation and counseling
Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
