The position includes managing a caseload of CP/Waiver cases, collaborating with a team of paralegals and legal professionals, and engaging directly with clients and USCIS proceedings. Location

Duties

• Manage a caseload focused on CP/Waiver matters including:

  • I-130

  • I-601A

  • I-212

  • I-601

  • Consular Processing

  • K-Visa applications

• Prepare clients for consular interviews

• Represent clients before USCIS in a variety of immigration proceedings

• Review and revise immigration applications and packets

• Supervise a team of paralegals to ensure timely completion of casework

• Monitor team performance to meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality service standards

• Conduct legal analysis to assess client eligibility and benefits

• Draft and submit legal briefs related to complex immigration cases

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience practicing Immigration Law

• Demonstrated ability to manage and move cases forward efficiently

• Experience specifically with consular processing and waiver applications

• Leadership ability to supervise and coordinate a legal support team

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with case management software (preferred)

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state

• Good standing with the relevant state bar
