• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Advise and counsel employers on labor law issues.
• Conduct training sessions for employers.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas bar in good standing.
• 6+ years of dedicated employment law experience.
• Ability to work independently and productively.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and project management skills.
• Admission to other state bars is a plus.

Education
