Business Immigration Paralegal

The candidate will be assisting with NIV/IV filings for business immigration cases. Throughout the day, will prepare petitions and application packages for review, organize and maintain accurate records in the immigration management system, and perform statutory, regulatory, case law, and public records research to understand legal requirements that apply to specific cases. Possesses highly developed critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. You have a strong sense of accountability, take ownership over projects and responsibilities, resolve issues proactively, and know how to be a true team player. We need someone with excellent case management and organizational skills, proficiency in technology programs such as Immigration Tracker or similar software programs, and strong attention to detail in communication and writing. Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
