Insurance M&A and Insurance Regulatory Associate
The candidate will join a practice that provides advice to a broad range of Fortune 500 clients and industry leading companies on a full spectrum of transactional and regulatory matters. We are looking to add a team member with experience advising clients on mergers & acquisitions or regulatory compliance. Will have extensive interaction with a variety of clients including financial services companies, especially life and property and casualty insurers and reinsurers. 1-3 years of law firm experience is required. Skills and experience related to a broad range of transactional or regulatory matters. Knowledge of the insurance industry would be a plus. Excellent academic records and strong writing and communication abilities are essential.
