Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney

A well-established law firm based in Euless, Texas, is seeking experienced pre-litigation attorneys to join their growing personal injury practice. The firm is recognized as one of the fastest-growing in the nation, managing cases across multiple states. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of cases in a dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on delivering efficient results for clients.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 cases alongside two team members.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases swiftly and professionally.
• Collaborate with and learn from a managing attorney for case guidance and development.
• Oversee the settlement process and handle the breakdown of cases.
• File lawsuits and serve defendants with petitions approved for litigation.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in Texas or awaiting Texas/UBE bar results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while ensuring client satisfaction and legal compliance.
• Willingness to work efficiently while maintaining a focus on work-life balance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar License (Required)

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume caseloads with attention to detail.
• Proficient in case management and legal research.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.
